World's Poorest Billionaires?

With inflation at over 250 million percent, the entirety of Zimbabwe's current population have now become billionaires, with many trillionaires and even quadrillionaires. Hyperinflation
has now made it necessary for all government issued bills to carry an expiration date, rendering countless Zimbabwean dollars completely worthless. After suffering a decade of recession, Zimbabwe's stock exchange has simply failed to resume trading. Who knows how long Zimbabwe will continue to tack on zeroes to their prices and bills; they are certainly far from resolving this economic disaster.
